Equipment Rental Rates
The following equipment is available from the Du Quoin State Fairgrounds upon request. All equipment MUST be requested on the Non-Fair Events Usage Application. The equipment rental fee, plus labor fees for delivery/pick-up are additional expenses.

Additional Information Applicable to All Non Fair Event Rentals
- For all rentals besides stall rentals, Lessees will have access to the rented facility the day before their event
- beginning at 8 a.m. and the day after the event until noon. Any access requested or used beyond that will result in the billing of additional days of use.
- Lessees will be billed for any Du Quoin State Fair staff/labor needed outside of the standard work hours for that staff. Overtime will be billed to the Lessee based on the prevailing wage and invoiced after the conclusion of the event.
- Facility fees must be paid in full 10 business days before the first day of the event unless the Department approves an alternative payment plan in writing.
- Any items billed by Department for the event (including overtime or additional equipment), must be paid within 10 business days of the date on the invoice from the Department.
- Any equipment requested by a Lessee, beyond what is described in this sheet as being included with the facility price, will be billed to Lessee at the rates in the Equipment Rental table.
